I am at your side as a doula (regardles of where you deliver, at home, birthing house or hospital), helping you during the whole process and providing you the information and support that empowers you to connect with yourself in this amazing journey! This pack includes:

• Intake interview (30 min, for free): due date, availability, presentation, questions about guidance.

• 1st appointment (2h): approach to your pre-pregnancy story, first approach to your birth wishes or concerns. 

• 2nd appointment (2h) Birth wishes and extended information about the different phases of delivery. 

• 3rd appointment (2h) Practical issues during birth, basic concepts about acupressure and rebozo, postpartum plan. 

• Constant online contact for questions and support during office hours until week 37

• 24/7 availability for delivery from week 37 until week 42+

• Use of TENS machine Elle Tens 2 + electrodes

• Use of Smart Star Projector Suppou (8 options)

• Acupreassure technique (including Moxa therapy if needed)

• Rebozo technique

• Aromatherapy and music therapy

• Pictures during delivery 

• 4th appointment (2h) during the first 2 weeks postpartum and online contact

• Birth story document
